Received a text message from Lorat, one of the Camp organizers on morning of April 12 re Dongay, of the P&W team. He’s a nursing student and was scheduled to work last Monday night, April 9. But he decided to follow Matt. 6:33. Because of his decision, he knew he faced a fine of Php 1,000 and extended hours.

Did Dongay text you what turned out on his duty schedule? It was changed! So that means he doesn’t have to pay the fine and no more extension of hours needed! Grabe gyud ang Ginoo! J (“God is so good!”)

Received a couple of text messages from Palmerose from Palompon, Leyte:

(most recent on April 19)…”Ate, I’m doing great! Kasali na po ako sa P&W team. Salamat sa PAW Camp, Ate, natauhan ako! Gagamitin ko na po ang talent ko para kay Lord.” (“I’ve joined the P&W team. Thanks to the PAW Camp, I woke up. I’ve decided to use my talent for the Lord.”)

Received a text message on April 11 from Ate Suzie A., Ptr. Fred’s wife (both were counselors and they brought their children with them to attend the Camp):

“Hi Bettina this is Suzie. The whole family was so blessed by our time at the PAW Camp.”

Received a text message on April 11 from Dr. Erlyn, one of the counselors:

“Ptr. Apol & Ate Bettina. I just praise God for your lives as a couple. It’s a wonderful time I had as a counselor. I’ve learned many things. GLORY TO GOD!!!”

Received a text message from Delia C., Ian’s mom, evening of April 10 (last day of PAW Camp)…

“Hi good evening! My kid, Ian, came home with no voice yet so talkative of the experience in the PAW Camp. Thanks a lot. I am sure he is blessed by your life. Thanks daw uli.”

I'VE FOUND THE LOVE
(INSPIRED BY PAW)

I was hurt and was lost
while searching the way
I was left and forsaken
no one gives me the strength

I thought I've already found the love
in the world i used to live
I thought I've already found true happiness
but what i've got was emptiness

I almost lost my hope
But your faithfulness reigns
You brought me to a place
where your love ever remains...

chorus
Finally I've found the love
the love im lookin’ for
Finally i've found the love
the love that shows the way
The love that gives me strength
Oh Jesus, your love sets me free!

My days were always dry
my heart always cry
i know there's something missing
that my heart longs, and was searching

Until I decided to leave
Walk on the path i've made
but the world fails me...
Until YOU came and show me the way!

chorus
Finally I've found the love
the love im looking for
finally i've found the love
the love that shows the way
the love that gives me strength
Oh JESUS, Your love sets me free!!

From Salve…
 PAW helped me in so many ways... I can’t itemize them all but one thing I can share was; PAW was an open door for my

personal and genuine relationship with God. I am an independent student, from a distant place; I traveled in order to study... As i came here, i thought i was an empty vessel, a spiritual orphan, clueless of my purpose and mission yet hungry for something real...
>
> then i was introduce by a friend to a church which is MCF, where now i can call a home away from home.. at first i was an spectator, hearing the word and singing songs that were familiar to me.. Yes, i was a christian.. by birth since my mother is...
> honestly, i have a shallow comprehension about Christianity before. i attended church services ever since i was small but it really didn’t establish a genuine and truthful relationship with God...
>
> then someone came up and ask me to lead for PAW and my first mental question was "What?..hey! i don’t know how to..thats not a good idea.." but before i could speak, it was final, I’m leading PAW. I could remember, i prayed and fasted to prepare myself... thank God the first PAW night was a success...
>
> then now i understand and i thought "GOD , You really searched me, thank You, I’m found, I’m sticking with You, I'll not allow myself to be far from You."
>
> through PAW, i was able to understand the words "commitment," "service.." I am very thankful and proud to say that in spite of my weakness God chose to use me and there’s no way I’m quitting. My life belongs to the Lord, I’ll live through His heartbeat and His heartbeat is SOULS!!!!!!
>
> My heart is rejoicing, i found good friends, kuyas, Ates... i found a family, i found my home, and best of all I AM FOUND!!!!!!!!

SOAR UP HIGH
(on PAW night)

Have you ever wondered things that happened in your life? The struggles, troubles and sorrows that came to a point to question God why it all happened to you? Are you consciously aware of the presence of God in your life? Did you ever think of quitting in times of depression? Those questions were answered as I soar up high and discovered about myself in knowing God.
“I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
It all started when a friend of mine invited me to attend PAW night. Many questions came up on my mind. I have no idea at all what it was all about and what to do there. But without any hesitations, I attended PAW night. I didn’t know what brought me to join there.
At the venue, I’ve met different people from all walks of life and made friends with them. As it started, I felt so nervous what to do. I kept on glancing on others what to do and they were doing…it seemed funny but it’s true. Well, as we say, “there is always a first time.”
As I kept on attending PAW nights, all the questions in my mind were answered through the songs and teachings that inspire me a lot.
Every after PAW Night, there’s a always a smile painted on my face. I have that unexplainable feelings even though sometimes I get scolded in getting home late. But it’s okay, as always say, “madala ra na ug smile.” I know GOD is with me.
PAW Night truly uplifts my faith to GOD and enables me to discover myself of how I am consciously aware of GOD’s presence. Attending PAW nights makes me feel like I’m floating on cloud nine and I feel like I’m a bird flying freely in the sky. All my burdens and fears in life were lifted up to GOD.
I’ve been so blessed that I’m one of those who are in PAW night. I’ve found a new family there. This is a great plan of GOD for me. Indeed, it fulfills my life.
SOAR UP HIGH and DISCOVER great things that GOD has plans for you.

> PAW night is not just an ordinary activity or event in the lives of the young people. It deeply cultivates their spiritual lives and moulds them into a better people God wanted them to be. As one of the song leaders of the PAW night, my life has been changed and motivated to worship God through the talent He has given me. It is really a wonderful experience to see young people united in worshipping God in spite of problems and obstacles in life. God is strongly using me as a channel of blessing to those students who are starving and seeking for spiritual nourishment. My friends, roommates, and classmates are usually attending the PAW night and I really praise God for working in their lives. The feeling of discontentment strikes their hearts if they miss a single PAW night and it's overwhelming to hear that.
>
> I love attending PAW night, the reason is unspeakable. I’ve got this joy to honor and worship God through PAW night. It revives the hearts and souls who were once lost and now are seeking for spiritual food.
>
> I'm blessed to be a part of the PAW team..!
>
> I could sing of Your love forever......
